It is imperative that our Professional Partners have a shared ethos and commitment to developing a joint strategy where both parties mirror the same high standards and share a vision of the benefits such a relationship would bring.
Naturally we understand that having secured a valuable client and introduced them to us, it is our responsibility to ensure that their subsequent experience with Morgans is professional, produces the desired outcomes and reflects well on the partner firm who made the initial introduction. Client satisfaction will always be at the core of these partner relationships and any introductory meetings that may be arranged are always handled with immense care and discretion.
How we work with Partners
When we decide to enter into a Professional Partnership with an accountancy or law firm or other specialist organisation, we establish terms of engagement from the outset. Depending on the culture of their organisation and the operational style of the individual with whom we make a connection, this may be relatively informal or highly prescribed. The key to Professional Partnership success is demonstrating a highly flexible and proactive approach, coupled with strong communication, mutual respect and a clear understanding of objectives.
Tailoring Partners' needs
Within some of our Partnership relationships, we will manage all aspects of their selected clients' financial advice and planning, including providing expertise in areas such as tax efficient investments. In others, we may be called upon to complement a partner's own in-house financial services advisory function.
As each client will have their own very particular financial needs and risk profile, no two organisations will require the same things from a Professional Partnership. We have found that the breadth of our expertise, diligence and ability to work flexibly are some of the reasons why we number significant accountancy and law firms amongst our Partners.
