Our client service standards reflect the importance we place on communication, accuracy, consistency and accountability, as well as the FSA's Treating Customers Fairly initiative.

Within Morgans Independent Advisers and Morgans Wealth Management we offer several types of service agreement and these are reviewed in detail at the commencement of a new business relationship to establish the most appropriate level for each client’s needs.

What’s important - goal setting

We believe in setting lifestyle goals with our clients from the outset. These may be relatively simple such as ensuring there is sufficient income from funds at retirement so they can continue to do the things they want. It may involve planning a business sale or a host of other needs involving changes to future residency, descendency planning or tax mitigation services.

The key difference with our services is that we will continue to help our clients refine and revise their plans as their lifestyle and financial aspirations change. We call this holistic financial planning and our driver is understanding their goals and working with them on an on-going basis, monitoring progress and striving to help them get where they want to be, within their timescale.

Service levels

We offer two core service strategies and these are categorised as Principal and Premier. Client asset portfolios need to exceed £150,000 and £1million respectively to qualify for these levels and the range of services and professional resources at their disposal differ accordingly.

We offer two other categories - Primary and Prestige – which are transactional and expert services based.

Open Architecture

Our approach to asset allocation and investment management involves the use of 'open architecture'. This gives our clients transparency so they can review not only asset performance, understand their tax liability and identify costs, but also be clear about the level and type of communication and reporting they can expect as part of their agreed service classification.
