FSA Compliance

The Morgans Group makes every effort to deliver a professional, ethical and compliant service to clients. We place considerable importance on accuracy, consistency and accountability and operate in accordance with Financial Services Authority (FSA) requirements, regulations and guidelines.

Our four business areas have embraced the principles of the FSA's Treating Customers Fairly initiative and we conduct regular internal training, auditing and testing of procedures to ensure that our staff - in both client facing and support roles - can demonstrate full understanding of their legal responsibilities and professional obligations.

Our Head of Compliance is supported by a dedicated internal Compliance team, as well as external consultants.
